The Project Managers Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and Project Managers/ Field Superintendents.

Job Description:

Seasonal / Construction

Wage $18.00 - $21.00 / Hr

40 Hours / Week


Duties Include: 

  • Prepare a variety of correspondence through phone and email
  • Process paperwork Daily and Prepare documents as needed
  • Build and Maintain Project files
  • Order Project materials as required
  • Schedule Crews as directed
  • Maintain Budget and Finacial Reports on Projects
  • Prepare Monthly Invoices for Projects and Various other Duties as required


Skills Required are:

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and be Flexible in a Fast Paced Environment
  • Ability to meet Tight Deadlines
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Simply Accoutning Experiance an Asset
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Team Player
