Most of our Commercial Landscape Construction contracts include maintenance for two or more years after the project is complete. Some of our larger, more recent landscaping projects include Stony Plain Road Streetscapes, Station Pointe, Rabbit Hill Road in Edmonton, the Edmonton South LRT Landscape Construction, Athabasca University, Northridge Stage 17 and Founder’s Court & Founder’s Promenade in St Albert. Seven M has a dedicated Maintenance crew with mowers, trimmers and everything else we need to do the work required properly. Seven M is proud to ensure that its equipment is up to date and well maintained. Seven M Construction is also Safety COR certified.
