Salary: $24.34 / hour (salary increases per company policy)
Employment terms and conditions: Seasonal, Full-time (40- 60 hours/week 8-12 hours/ day, weather dependent), Early morning, Morning, Day, Weekend; Overtime and holidays may be required.

Job Requirements
Language: basic english
Experience: 3 seasons of related experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabililites: Handling heavey loads (up to 23 kgs (50 libs), Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Walking, Bending, Crouching, Kneeling, Working under Pressure, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive Tasks
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel Toed safety boots, Hard Hat, Safety Vest.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, dusty
Work Setting: Landscape contractor, park and recreation sites, urban area, commercial and municiple
Personal Suitablility: Reliability, Organized, Team Player, Dependability
Equipment and Machinery Used: Tractor. Tractor Mower, Weed Trimmer/edger, Lawn mowers, Shovel
Duties
· Spread topsoil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and trees, and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures.
· Cut grass, rake, fertalize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees, and perform other tasks
· Maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor
· Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides
· Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, snowblowers and other landscape maintenance equipment
· Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease
· Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments
· Assist the foreman with the tree planting according to planting standards
· Assist the foreman with mentoring new workers and safety standards
